Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in the United States, seeks a Senior Specialist to generate technically robust proposals across Biologics, Tech Platforms, and Development services. You will partner with Sales & BD, SMEs, and multiple sites globally to craft winning proposals with clear pricing and timelines.

You will drive cost and timeline scenarios, assess customer requirements, and help convert opportunities into binding contracts while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined with high-quality results and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive with ability to prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and discuss with customers to understand needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technolog Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for Drug Substance/Product.
• Support scope revision with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development skills.
• Manage proposal pipeline and the development process to meet commitments.
• Deliver proposals and estimates to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sites to deliver high-quality proposals.
