Job summary
Resilience in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to help craft technically robust proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings. You will collaborate with Sales, BD and SMEs globally to align customer needs with compelling technical and commercial value propositions.
The role emphasizes detailed technical assessments, cost/timeline optimization, and proactive proposal management to ensure high-quality
Qualifications
- Biologics or Sterile DP manufacturing knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with pricing awareness.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and develop technical proposal strategies.
- Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs to finalize pricing and timelines.
- Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and manage proposal pipeline.
- Support program scoping and revisions through SME input and cost/timeline tools.
- Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
