Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technical-fit assessments and robust proposals across Biologics and Drug Product offerings. You will partner with Sales & BD to price programs, ensure profitability, and coordinate with SMEs globally to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes rigorous proposal development, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting pre- and post-proposal activities and site visits.

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical abilities and ability to multi-task.
• Self-disciplined with high-quality results in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to understand needs and propose strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Process & Analytical Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD to determine pricing and profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and manage the proposal development process.
• Proactively manage the proposal pipeline and meet commitments.
