Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate robust proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Product offerings. You will work with SMEs globally to provide technical fit assessments, combine pricing with timelines, and support contract formation from pre-proposal through to post-signing activities.

You will partner with Sales & BD to ensure competitive, compliant proposals and drive profitability while delivering high-quality, timely

Qualifications

Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
Ability to travel up to 10% and accommodate non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to capture needs and plan proposal strategy.
Generate detailed proposals for biologics, drug substance/product, and analytical development.
Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract signature.
Collaborate with Sales & Business Management on pricing to ensure profitability.
Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and manage the development process.
Maintain proactive proposal pipeline and track milestones and commitments.
Deliver accurate estimates and meet customer expectations for proposals.
Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
