Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technical assessments and comprehensive proposals across Biologics and Drug Substance/Product offerings. You will partner with Sales, BD and SMEs globally to craft winning proposals and pricing strategies.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of biologics, drug development, and GMP manufacturing, with a focus on delivering robust, customer-focused scopes from budgetary estimates to binding contracts.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs with customers to define needs and create proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed Proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Assist pricing to ensure profitability and alignment with timelines.
• Understand contractual terms and deliver high-quality proposals.
• Manage proactive proposal pipeline and update stakeholders.
