Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate technically sound, commercially competitive proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings. You will partner with Sales & BD to craft binding contracts and provide robust technical fit assessments for customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-discipline, demands high-quality results and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive and able to prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours (flexible management).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Process & Analytical Development.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development skills.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver proposals and estimates to manage customer expectations.
• Assist with costings and pricing analysis for opportunities funnel.
