Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team.

You will generate technical proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, coordinating with SMEs across sites to deliver high-quality, compliant bids with strong commercial value.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Proactive in prioritizing and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and craft a technical proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process/Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing (Drug Substance/Drug Product).
• Collaborate with SMEs and Sales/BD to develop pricing and timelines.
• Manage proposal pipeline and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
