Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist for Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will craft technical and commercial proposals across biologics and drug product offerings, partnering with Sales & Business Management to drive pricing and timelines.

The role involves global SMEs, RFI/RFP reviews, and contract-ready documents. You will support pipeline management, ensure high-quality fit assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and discuss needs to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across biologics, platforms, and GMP manufacturing.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Development on pricing.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals with strong development skills.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Support costing, pricing analysis, and opportunities funnel.
