Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing, aligning technical fit with customer needs and profitability.

You'll partner with Sales & BD, oversee pricing and timelines, and drive the program from pre-proposal through contract signature, fostering continuous improvement and strong customer value propositions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and sterile drug product development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management.
• Interpersonal and written communications skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours as needed.
• Experience in proposal development and pricing analysis is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and define a technical approach for proposals.
• Generate detailed proposals covering biologics, platforms, and GMP ops.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal-to-contract process.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD to set profitable program pricing and timelines.
• Incorporate contractual terms and manage proposal development pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality proposals meeting customer program expectations.
• Assist with costing/pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
