Job summary

Resilience in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technically robust proposals across biologics, drug substance/product, and analytical development. You will partner with Sales and BD to align technical and commercial value, manage scope changes, and develop winning pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to ensure a technical understanding and develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across our offerings for Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for Biologics and Drug Product.
• Support revising scope with subject matter experts and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Work with Sales & Business Management to determine program pricing ensuring profitability.
• Manage the proposal development process and communications with customers to meet expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
