Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate technically robust proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings. You will work with Sales, BD, and SMEs across global sites to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.

The role requires experience in bio/pharma R&D or manufacturing, strong proposal skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline while delivering high-quality, customer-focused results. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing lifecycle.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and able to multi-task in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical proposal strategies.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics and drug product offerings.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise scope and drive proposals to contract.
• Assist in pricing discussions to ensure profitability.
• Manage proposal pipelines and meet customer expectations.
• Involve in costing, pricing analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
