Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate budgets and detailed work statements for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, aligning with customer requirements and strategic value.

You will partner with Sales & BD, coordinate with subject-matter experts across sites, drive pricing and timelines, manage the proposal pipeline, and ensure high-quality technical fit assessments and contractual

Qualifications

Understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing lifecycle.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product to support clinical and commercial needs.
Support scope changes and drive program from proposal to contract signature.
Determine pricing with Sales & BD to ensure profitability.
Incorporate contractual terms and exhibit strong proposal development skills.
Proactively manage the proposal pipeline and process.
