Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technical assessments, scope development, and pricing across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings. You will partner with Sales & BD and collaborate with SMEs globally to deliver robust proposals that meet customer expectations.

This role requires biotech R&D or manufacturing experience, strong analytical and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technically sound proposal strategies.
• Produce detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs to price programs for profitability.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely delivery of high-quality documents.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
