Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company advancing sustainable, end-to-end manufacturing solutions for biotech and pharma partners. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals will generate technically robust and commercially valuable proposals across multiple franchises, partnering with Sales & BD to deliver compelling, compliant, and timely quotations.

Qualifications

Understanding of Biologics/Drug development lifecycle.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to define technical approach and proposal strategy.
Prepare detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product, and related services.
Collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs to price programs for profitability.
Support scope revisions and drive proposals from inception to contract signature.
Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
