Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Development services to meet customer needs, partnering with Sales and BD from pre-proposal to contract signature.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Analytical thinking with proactive multi-tasking.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and craft proposal strategy.
• Create detailed proposals for biologics, drug substance/product and related development services.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive proposals from draft to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Commercial Development to determine profitable pricing.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals with strong development quality.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely delivery and customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunities.
