Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist to evaluate technical requirements and develop robust proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing. You will collaborate with Sales, SMEs, and cross-site teams to deliver technically sound, commercially compelling bids.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and sterile drug product development lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and craft proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, PD/Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Assist with scope revisions and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and develop high-quality proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver against commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Support costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
