Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company changing how medicine is made.

The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals leads the preparation of technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, and Drug Substance/Product offerings, coordinating with Sales, BD, and SMEs worldwide to deliver high-quality, competitive quotations and binding contracts.

Qualifications

Understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-disciplined with high-quality results and multi-tasking ability.
Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
Able to prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient in MS Word/Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and develop proposal strategy.
Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings for clinical and commercial needs.
Revise scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
Determine program pricing with Sales & BD to ensure profitability.
Incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development skills.
Manage proactive proposal pipeline and development process.
