Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company driving a sustainable network of end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals plays a key role in generating proposals from budgetary estimates to binding contracts across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Product offerings.

You will partner with Sales & BD to develop technical fit assessments, drive pricing, and timelines, and ensure high-quality, commercially competitive

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and sterile drug product development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a matrix environment.
• Experience drafting technical proposals and pricing for pharma/biotech programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs with customers to define proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, platforms, and GMP development.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive programs from proposal to contract.
• Determine pricing with Sales & Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain proposal quality.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development milestones.
• Deliver commitments to manage customer expectations for estimates.
• Support costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
• Collaborate with cross-site teams to ensure timely submissions.
