The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals leads technical assessments and builds robust proposals across Biologics, platforms, and development offerings for pharma and biotech customers.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Self-disciplined with ability to deliver high-quality results and multi-task.
• Experience working in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel (~10%) and work non-standard hours.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales & BD and SME teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to ensure technical understanding and guide proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product across platforms.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine pricing with Sales & Business Management to maintain profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals with strong development skills.
• Manage proactive proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Conduct cost and pricing analyses for opportunities; implement improvements.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
