Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company driving a sustainable network of end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals will partner with Sales, BD, and SMEs across global sites to deliver technically sound, cost-effective proposals for biologics and drug development offerings, from budgetary estimates to binding contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Biologics and/or drug development lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Self-disciplined with high quality results.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals covering biologics, drug substance/product, and development services.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive proposal-to-contract process.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/BD to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals with strong writing skills.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development steps.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Support costing and pricing analyses for opportunities.
