Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team in the United States. You will analyze RFIs/RFPs and craft detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance, and Drug Product offerings, coordinating with subject matter experts across sites to deliver strong technical and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities.
Analytical skills with ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical understanding and proposal strategy.
Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Development offerings.
Support scope changes with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
Determine pricing with Sales & Commercial Management for profitability.
Incorporate contractual terms and maintain proactive proposal pipelines.
Deliver against commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals.
Lead continuous improvement in tech eval and proposal processes.
Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
