Resilience, a biotechnology-focused manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will evaluate RFI/RFPs, craft proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, and coordinate with subject matter experts to meet customer needs.

In this role you will work with Sales & BD to price programs, manage the proposal pipeline, and ensure timely delivery from initial assessment through contract

Formación

• Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to ensure technical understanding and proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, GMP manufacturing and Drug Product for clinical and commercial needs.
• Support revising scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms along with exceptional proposal development skills.
• Proactive proposal pipeline management and governance of the development process.
• Deliver commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
