Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in the United States, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate high-quality proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings. You will partner with Sales, BD and SMEs across sites to deliver robust technical and commercial value propositions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive and able to prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective customers to ensure technical understanding and to develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for Biologics and Drug Product.
• Support revising scope with subject matter experts and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Understand and incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development skills.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and development processes.
