Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to lead technical fit assessments and prepare robust proposals for biologics and drug product offerings. You will partner with Sales & BD to align bidding strategies with customer requirements across global sites.

The role emphasizes cost timing, vendor engagement, and pricing accuracy to win budgets and contracts. Travel up to 10% is expected as part of customer interactions and site visits.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to understand needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing.
• Support revising scope with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
• Assist with program pricing to ensure profitability and align with sales and BD.
• Understand contractual terms and deliver high-quality proposals.
• Maintain proactive proposal pipeline and manage development processes.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Contribute to costed pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
