Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in the United States is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to lead RFQ/RFP responses. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams across divisions to ensure timely, compliant submissions that meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, developing templates, coordinating with BD, legal, and operations, and guiding draft content from SMEs. Strong editing and desktop publishing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of APMP, Shipley, or similar standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses with cross-divisional coordination.
• Manage proposal schedules, document development, and deadlines.
• Create response templates and oversee drafts through final review.
• Coordinate with legal, BD, operations to assign tasks.
• Schedule progress meetings and develop compliance checklists.
• Prepare desktop publishing and submittal activities.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reporting.
