Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in the United States is seeking a senior proposal lead to manage RFQ/RFP responses across divisions. You will partner with the Proposal Manager to plan schedules, develop compliant content, and coordinate input from operations, BD, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing or proposals, strong writing/editing skills, and experience with standard corporate tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage proposal activity schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop timely, compliant proposal content.
• Create and maintain response templates and ensure final documents meet quality standards.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings with writers and contributors.
• Develop compliance checklists to track content and assignments.
• Coordinate document submittals and final delivery to clients.
