Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses across the company. You will co-manage schedules, coordinate writers, and ensure high-quality, compliant documents. The role requires collaborating with BD, Finance, and Legal to meet deadlines and standards.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, with strong planning and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of APMP, Shipley, Lohfeld is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for the company across all divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal/Contract, and BD for reviews and compliance.
• Schedule progress meetings and track deadlines for timely submissions.
