Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned professional to lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate proposal activities across all divisions. You will manage schedules, gather content from SMEs, and ensure submissions meet our quality standards.

The role requires strong planning, editing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on timely, compliant deliverables for diverse clients and opportunities worldwide.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses and coordinating proposal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs supporting all divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development to meet quality standards.
• Schedule kickoff meetings, assign tasks, track progress and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Create and maintain response templates; coordinate with SMEs to develop content and adapt marketing material.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks for readability and presentation of information.
• Coordinate submittal and delivery of responses, including third-party uploads or printing.
• Coordinate with Finance on rate sheets, Legal on contract markup, and other corporate groups as needed.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reports with current opportunity data.
