Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs, coordinating with the Proposal Manager and cross-functional teams across the company.

You will schedule, manage, and review proposal content, ensuring timely, compliant submissions and high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications (or related field).
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs for the company, supporting all divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development with the Proposal Manager.
• Create response templates and oversee drafts through final review.
• Coordinate with Legal/Contracts, BD, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings; monitor progress and assign tasks.
• Develop checklists or matrices to track content and maintain accountability.
• Prepare and format content for readability; collaborate with SMEs to adapt materials as needed.
• Coordinate submittal logistics, including uploading to sites and printing/shipping as required.
• Support marketing collaboration for presentations and weekly opportunity reporting.
