Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses across our divisions. You will co-manage proposal activity schedules, develop content with SMEs, and ensure all submissions meet Hargrove quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in marketing or proposal work, strong planning and communications skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. Remote collaboration and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with APMP, Shipley or similar methodologies preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple bid processes and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage proposal schedules.
• Coordinate with writers, SMEs, and operations across divisions.
• Develop templates and checklists to ensure compliant, timely responses.
• Perform desktop publishing and formatting for proposal documents.
• Coordinate submission and delivery of proposals to clients or portals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and BD to finalize content.
