Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in Section 42/Section 142 and HOME program administration, with strong regulatory knowledge. Some roles allow remote or hybrid work and up to 35% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of housing programs (LIHTC, HOME, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of federal/state housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tenant file compliance reviews and engagement reports with minimal oversight.
• Lead, mentor and train staff; manage engagement risk and client relations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and reports; improve team profitability.
