Novogradac is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead tenant file compliance reviews, engagement management, and guidance for staff. You will work on IRC Section 42, Section 142, and HOME programs, collaborating with clients to strengthen relationships and improve profitability.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel 25–35%. Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42, Section 142, and HOME programs.
• Extensive knowledge of federal/state laws and regulations including IRC 42 (LIHTC), IRC 142 (Tax-Exempt Bonds), and HOME Program.
• Experience with NHTF and Texas Public Facility Corporation compliance monitoring.
• Understanding HOTMA and ability to interpret related regulations.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, balance multiple client needs, and develop client relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–35%.

Responsabilités

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and increase responsibility for engagement management.
• Identify potential problem areas and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to profitability.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance analysts; train and lead trainings on Section 42/Section 8.
