Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to plan, coordinate, and lead daily operations with minimal supervision. You will train and guide a team, strengthen client relationships, and drive profitability across engagements.

Responsibilities include reviews, engagement management, and solving complex compliance issues while ensuring regulatory alignment across Section 42, Section 8, and related programs. Flexible remote/hybrid options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of LIHTC/HTF programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal housing regulations and state laws.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Engage in engagement management and client relationship strengthening.
• Lead trainings, workshops, and webinars on tenant file compliance.
