Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance for Section 42/Section 142 programs, and guide engagement teams. The role emphasizes problem solving, client relationship growth, and profitable service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in administration of 42/142 and HOME programs, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years with direct experience in administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42, IRC Section 142, 24 CFR Part 92 HOME.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations including LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Ability to lead teams, manage client needs and develop policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication; excellent relationship building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagement delivery.
• Mentor and supervise property compliance analysts.
• Lead trainings and webinars on tenant file compliance with government housing programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase profitability.
• Travel domestically up to 25–35% as needed.
