Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst in the United States. The role involves leading tenant file compliance reviews for Section 42, 142, and HOME programs, managing engagements, and strengthening client relationships.

You will supervise staff, train teams, and contribute to improving profitability while coordinating with supervisors and managers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience, plus deep knowledge of regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years with direct experience in administration and monitoring of Section 42, 142, HOME programs, income eligibility.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal housing laws and regulations including LIHTC, HOME, NHTF, and related tax regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and identify potential issues, proposing solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with a service-oriented approach.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance staff; lead trainings and workshops.
• Travel as needed up to 25–35% of the time.
