Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ direct experience in IRC Section 42/142, HOME Program, and related regulations.

• Perform tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal supervision.
• Manage engagements, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to increase profitability and service quality.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance analysts; lead trainings and workshops.
