Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead advanced work planning and daily operations in our properties compliance practice. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, client relationship building, and team profitability.

With 5–7 years of experience in IRC Section 42/142 and HOME programs, you will train staff, lead trainings, and manage engagements across multiple jurisdictions, including potential remote/hybrid arrangements, while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years with direct experience in administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42, IRC Section 142, 24 CFR Part 92 HOME program.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws including IRC 42/142 and related Treasury Regulations.
• Experience with Public Facility Corporations and related Texas provisions is preferred.
• Ability to direct and organize client needs, set goals, identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews and accept increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Recognize potential problem areas and propose effective solutions.
• Gather and analyze data, interpret results, compile reports and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships and increase team profitability.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance analysts and deliver trainings.
