Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead daily operations, perform advanced planning, and guide teams on property compliance with HUD programs. You’ll mentor staff, manage client engagements, and strengthen relationships while maintaining high-quality work.

The role involves ensuring compliance with Section 42, Section 142 and HOME Program requirements, with potential for remote or hybrid arrangements depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 to 7 years with direct experience in administering and monitoring housing programs (IR C Section 42/142, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to lead, supervise and mentor staff and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Lead trainings, workshops and webinars on housing programs such as Section 42 and Section 8.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and increase team profitability.
• Supervise and mentor staff and coordinate project tasks.
