Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to plan, coordinate and administer daily operations with significant independent judgment. The role includes directing others, strengthening client relationships and increasing team profitability.

The firm offers positions in multiple cities with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Ideal candidates will have deep experience with IRC 42/142, 24 CFR Part 92 HOME programs and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42/142 and 24 CFR Part 92 HOME programs.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal housing laws including LIHTC and HOME.
• Experience with Texas Local Government Code on Public Facility Corporations and related regulatory framework.
• Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships and problem-solve strategically.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop policies.

Responsabilités

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Assume increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Identify problem areas and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance profitability.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance analysts.
• Lead trainings and webinars on Section 42, Section 8 and HOME programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
