Job summary

Novogradac seeks a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead complex reviews and manage engagements for housing programs, including LIHTC and HOME, ensuring regulatory adherence and client satisfaction.

You will train and mentor analysts, build relationships with clients, and help increase profitability by efficient scheduling and problem solving. Domestic travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of direct experience in administering and monitoring of housing programs and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Accept increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Recognize potential problem areas during engagements and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct business specific research – gather and analyze data, interpret results, compile reports and make recommendations.
• Develop, strengthen and maintain effective client relationships through professionalism and service orientation.
• Increase the team’s profitability by managing time and resources efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor property compliance analysts.
• Speak and lead trainings, workshops and webinars on tenant file compliance with Section 42, Section 8 or other Housing Programs.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
