Job summary

Novogradac seeks a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead tenant file reviews and compliance engagements in multiple U.S. locations. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, client relationships and profitability while mentoring teammates.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ experience with IRC 42/142 and 24 CFR Part 92, with strong analytical and communication skills. Some positions may be remote or hybrid, with travel 25–35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 to 7 years with direct experience in the administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42, IRC Section 142, 24 CFR Part 92.
• Extensive knowledge of LIHTC, HOME Program and related regulations.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and increase responsibility for engagement management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and improve team profitability.
• Speak and lead trainings on tenant file compliance with Government Housing Programs.
