Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Property Compliance Analyst to review tenant files under Section 42 with focus on income eligibility per 24 CFR Part 5. You will interpret regulations, assess risk, and ensure timely, accurate engagements for designated clients.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-occupancy reviews, identifying issues, researching federal/state rules, and meeting productivity benchmarks in a deadline-driven environment, with travel and potential remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Section 42 experience with 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• COS or HCCP certifications preferred; willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Understanding of HOTMA and tenant file compliance rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25-35%.

Responsabilités

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews.
• Identify issues during engagements and recommend actions.
• Research federal/state compliance regulations as needed.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment to meet productivity standards.
• Meet file review productivity benchmarks.
• Develop client relationships through professionalism and follow-through.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
