Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Property Compliance Analyst to perform tenant file compliance reviews focused on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility. This role requires judgment to interpret regulations, identify risks, and ensure timely accurate engagements.

Available to work in multiple U.S. locations with possible remote or hybrid arrangements. Candidates should have 3+ years in Section 42 compliance and ideally COS/HCCP certifications or a plan to obtain them within one year.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Section 42 and HOTMA exposure to income eligibility.
• Experience with 24 CFR Part 5 compliance and file reviews.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-occupancy tenant file reviews for compliance.
• Identify risk areas and communicate corrective actions.
• Research federal/state regulations and apply findings under supervision.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Build professional client relationships and support team goals.
