Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead tenant file compliance reviews, engage with clients, and supervise a team of property compliance analysts. The role requires extensive knowledge of LIHTC, HOME programs, and related regulations.

You will train staff, manage engagements, and improve client relations while contributing to overall profitability. Some positions may offer remote or hybrid work options depending on business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of IRC 42, 142, 24 CFR Part 92 HOME program responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations (LIHTC, HOME, etc.).
• Ability to manage client needs, set goals, and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements; mentor staff.
• Lead trainings, workshops, and webinars on tenant file compliance and housing programs.
• Develops client relationships and contributes to profitability.
