Novogradac is seeking a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to support tenant file compliance under Section 42 and 24 CFR Part 5, with growth in affordable housing standards. The role offers opportunities across multiple U.S.

locations, with potential remote or hybrid arrangements based on business needs. The ideal candidate will handle reviews, regulatory research, and timely reporting, working under close supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year in Section 42/Section 8 or related government housing programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications encouraged or to be obtained within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports.
• Identify and elevate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research federal/state compliance regulations under supervision.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks within a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
