Job summary

Novogradac & Company is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to oversee daily operations, guide a team, and strengthen client relationships across federal housing programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience, with extensive knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and HOTMA regulations.

Responsibilities include compliance reviews, engagement management, and leading trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of federal housing programs.
• Extensive knowledge of IRC sections 42/142, 24 CFR Part 92 HOME, NHTF and HOTMA.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor staff; manage client relationships and improve profitability.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% domestically; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant file compliance reviews and prepare reports for designated clients.
• Lead engagement reviews and manage project teams.
• Identify problem areas during engagements and propose solutions.
• Develop client relationships through professionalism and responsive service.
• Lead trainings, workshops and webinars on tenant file compliance with government programs.
