Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead and coordinate daily operations for LIHTC and HOME program compliance. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, training staff, and strengthening client relationships.

The position offers remote or hybrid work options depending on business needs, with opportunities to travel domestically. A senior professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in administering IRC 42/142 and 24 CFR Part 92 programs.
• Extensive knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, NHTF and related housing regulations.
• Ability to direct and organize client needs and support a strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Accept increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
• Develop analyses, interpret results and prepare reports.
• Mentor and supervise property compliance analysts.
• Lead trainings on tenant file compliance with Section 42 and related programs.
• Travel domestically up to 25–35% as needed.
