Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to lead daily operations and guide a team in LIHTC, HOME and related housing programs. You will oversee tenant file reviews, prepare reports and strengthen client relationships while promoting efficiency and compliance across engagements.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and readiness to travel (25–35%). Remote or hybrid arrangements may be discussed with a recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years in administration and monitoring of LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Conduct engagement reviews and oversee engagement management.
• Train, lead, and mentor property compliance analysts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and improve profitability.
