Job summary

IES is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in the United States ( Meridian, MS area ) to lead the largest value projects and act as senior escalation for PMs. You will monitor risk, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and mentor PMs to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, financial performance, and effective collaboration with Operations and PMs across the company.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must have seven (7) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Experience managing large and complex projects over $1M.
• Proven ability to define project scope, tasks and turnover.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will monitor, support, and report on the largest profile projects.
• The Project Manager will manage risk, protect profit margins, ensure safety and quality.
• The Project Manager will develop risk mitigation strategies for project execution.
• The Project Manager will escalate and resolve issues across operations.
• The Project Manager will track financials, KPIs, forecasting, and performance.
• The Project Manager will mentor other Project Managers.
• The Project Manager will represent PMO in Pre-Con/Ops Handoff and Ops Implementation meetings.
• The Project Manager will plan workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• The Project Manager will ensure project profitability and handle invoicing and reporting.
