Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced project leader for on-site and remote collaboration across multiple US locations to manage Workplace Office Space Fit‑Out projects. You will act as the SME on planning, programming and execution, coordinating with Owner/Client and design teams.

The role emphasizes MEP, AV, IT, and security integration, budget and schedule oversight, and RFI management to deliver high-quality office environments for our clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.
• Strong analytical skills to understand schedules and risks.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Own/Client interface and project design team relationship management.
• Lead on-site construction activities for office and industrial capital projects at the campus with emphasis on MEP work.
• Oversee fit‑out installations, finishes, and specialty installations.
• Lead planning to incorporate facilities operational components into design and execution phases.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into drawings.
